Dr. Shin-Jeong Lee joins Karis Bio as chief technology officer. Currently, she is a research assistant professor at Yonsei University College of Medicine and has been leading approaches that ultimately resulted in novel systems differentiating human pluripotent stem cells to functional endothelial cells and lymphatic endothelial cells since 2009 at Emory University School of Medicine, where she served as postdoctoral research fellow. Prior to Emory University, she worked at Yonsei University as postdoctoral research fellow. She holds a PhD in biochemistry and cell biology from Kangwon National University, Korea.
